Våra uppförandekoder
Inom Decathlon förespråkar och efterlever vi de värderingar och principer som benäms i våra uppförandekoder.
Dessa uppförandekoder beskriver de minimistandarderna vad gäller rättvisa, säkra och hälsosamma arbetsförhållanden, hållbarhet och förebyggandet av korruption.
Samtliga leverantörer, producenter och affärspartners åtar sig, genom sina avtal, att följa och respektera dessa villkor i uppförandekoden.
Visselblåsar-funktion
Decathlon åtar sig att främja en god kultur där transparens, ansvar och äkthet råder.
Vi garanterar detta genom att säkerställa att alla våra medarbetare kan vända sig till oss i förtroende, när det än skulle behövas.
Som företag uppmuntrar vi anställda, leverantörer och affärspartners att rapportera eventuella överträdelser som går emot vår uppförandekod, lagar eller standarder som gäller i de länder vi är verksamma i.

Vår visselblåsarplattform garanterar konfidentialitet och det är även möjligt att lämna information anonymt. All information kommer att hanteras tillförlitligt genom en lättbegriplig plattform och säker kommunikationskanal via plattformen, mellan visselblåsaren och vårt Compliance-team.

Our codes of conduct
Within Decathlon, we advocate and live by the values and principles mentioned in our Code of Conduct.
These Codes of Conduct describe the minimum standards regarding fair, safe and healthy working conditions, sustainability and the prevention of corruption.
All suppliers, producers and business partners undertake, through their agreements, to follow and respect these conditions in the Code of Conduct.

We guarantee this by ensuring that all our employees can turn to us in confidence, whenever the need arises.
As a company, we encourage employees, suppliers and business partners to report any violations that go against our Code of Conduct, laws or standards that apply in the countries in which we operate.

Our whistleblowing platform guarantees confidentiality and with the option to provide information anonymously, if so wished. All information will be handled through an easy-to-understand platform and secure communication channel via the platform, between the whistleblower and our Compliance team.
